The room itself was not bad, newly refurbished.

Too much construction, too noisy, no fitness room, construction workers smoking right outside door.

Although there was so much construction at this hotel that you had to hunt to find the registration lobby, there were no work-out facilities, and you had to guess at your room because the room numbers (which were tacked on with duct tape) kept falling off, I don't blame the hotel. ...read more

It was closer than home to the airport.

Its overall condition was poor due to renovations inside and outside.

I was not overly impressed with the overall condition of the hotel, and the proximity to the airport was further than I hoped. However, the staff was attentive and friendly and the room was in better shape compared to the overall condition of the hotel. Attractiveness of room.

Poor signs in construction area led to confusion.

Conveniently located near I-91 for northbound travelers arriving at Bradley Airport. Room amenities were very good. Breakfast included in room rate.

Seemed rundown, lobby in disarray.

If you're traveling for business and have a very limited expense account, this may do for you. But the beds were old, pillows small. Lobby was as if it had weathered a brawl. They said they were doing renovations, but it looked like a brawl rather than construction work. ...read more
